How the price works
You buy a credit bundle once, and it never expires. There is no plan to pick and nothing renews on its own: the bigger the top-up, the less each reminder costs.

- One standard UK SMS segment: up to 160 characters, or 70 characters if the message contains an emoji or certain accented characters. Every SMS we send costs exactly one credit; email reminders are always free.
- Do I need a card to try it?
- No. You get 5 free reminder credits when you sign up, with no card details required.
- What happens if I run out of credits?
- If an SMS reminder is due and there are not enough credits, it will not be sent. We’ll flag it on your calendar and email you a top-up link. Email reminders keep going out as normal because they are free.
